Clint Chapman

Chief Technical Officer
Clint Chapman is the Chief Technical Officer at Ubiquity Server Solutions, and has been with the Ubiquity since its inception in 2004 as a co-founder, as well as with our company's predecessor (CINet Services) since 2000. Clint's knowledge of data center infrastructure, Linux applications, and the current state of the industry has been proven again and again as he acts daily as the key technical architect behind all of Ubiquity's service offerings.

Corey Northcutt

Chief Communications Officer
Corey Northcutt is the Chief Communications Officer at Ubiquity Server Solutions, and has been with the Ubiquity since its inception in 2004 as a co-founder. Corey maintains a vast amount of diverse applied knowledge pertaining to web application and business management, and holds a B.S. in Information Systems, Analyst Sequence from Illinois State University. Corey's daily role at the company includes managing all integrated marketing communications for the company, including branding, sales communication, product development, advertising, search engine strategies, and public relations.

Brett Guarnieri

Chief Financial Officer
Brett Guarnieri is the Chief Financial Officer at Ubiquity Server Solutions, and joined our ranks in 2006. Brett's training experience includes the University of Dayton's Managerial Information Systems program with a minor in Accounting. As co-founder of a prominent Ventrilo voice hosting provider in 2002, Brett brings a vast amount of proven internet business management and automation skill to the table in efficiently maintaining Ubiquity's finances.

Chris Childers

Chief Operations Officer
Chris Childers is the Chief Operational Officer at Ubiquity Servers Solutions, who joined our team in 2006. Chris shows perhaps the most all-around skill in our organization in efficiently managing support service operations, and assures daily that our Ubiquity's service is fast and efficient through a constantly informed and trained support team and service automation wherever it appears sensible. Chris' experience as co-founder of a voice hosting provider in 2002 is evident on a daily basis, proving an ability of efficient management.

Upper Management

Jake Mertel

General Manager
Jake Mertel serves as Ubiquity's General Manager, handling perhaps the broadest scope of tasks of any one member of our staff. Jake's expertise is fueled by a collection of diverse Microsoft Certifications and experience in a massive spectrum of server and network configurations. With a hand in everything from leading software automation development projects to aligning customer service, Jake's skill and competency as an IT leader is made very clear with each week.

Chris Donnelly

Network Engineer
As one of the newest additions to the Ubiquity team, Chris Donnelly brings a strong knowledge of Cisco network administration and IIS Services to Ubiquity as the company's resident Network Engineer. As a qualified Cisco Engineer with over 10 years experience, Chris shows the importance of having a trained professional handle a company's network by constantly delivering our 100% network uptime SLA to our clients.

Mike Miller

Systems Administrator
Mike Miller heads Ubiquity's Level2 support team with a strong skill in Linux applications. Before joining the company in 2007, Mike attended DeVry Institute of Technology, with a strong emphasis on various server applications and hardware troubleshooting. Mike can generally be found heading up troubleshooting of server-related problems on the company's hundreds of Linux servers.

Zach Barr

Customer Service Manager
Zach Barr holds perhaps the most customer service experience at Ubiquity and can generally be found on our front line of support. Zach succeeds daily at bringing Ubiquity charisma to the often monotonous world of IT.

Ian Kaufmann

3rd Shift Manager
Before re-joining Ubiquity's ranks in 2007, Ian Kaufmann first acted as co-founder of Ubiquity's predecessor brand - CINet Services in 2000. Ian now brings a strong amount of skill, experience, and familiarity with our staff back as he leads up 3rd shift operations. While many companies leave an unpaid intern to watch during their off-hours and hope that nothing catastrophic happens until morning - Ubiquity is proud to have an extremely skilled and well-versed representative heading up 3rd shift operations night by night.
